Conditions and conditions for the customer
The customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to all the following items when using TO-G.:
- The customer must deal with a plastic surgeon in line with the teachings of Islamic Sharia and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The responsibility of the to-Gos is to link the customer with the available service provider according to the availability, and it does not bear the responsibility of the post-service.
- The customer bears the responsibility of receiving the specialist in the specified location and the time agreed upon when booking through the application.
- In the event that the customer wants to change the service site, TO-GNA must be informed of this before the appointment for a period of not less than 24 hours, via official electronic means. It will not be recognized by any alternative site without prior notice.
- The service is provided once the TO-G team arrives at the site. If the service provider is not received, it is not entitled to claim the amount paid.
- To-G. committed to coordinate the service dates according to the reservation, with the ability to provide or delay the appointment up to 120 minutes according to the traffic. The start of the service is considered from the moment the service provider is received by the customer.
- If the customer does not receive the service provider within 15 minutes of arrival time, the visit is considered provided and will not be compensated.
- The quality of the service (for women only or for sexes) is determined by the service provider. In the event that the service provider is only women, a woman is required to be on the site. Lack of commitment to this cancels the right to compensation.
- The customer is responsible for securing his holdings from damage or loss. To-Ge bear any responsibility in the event of damage or loss, and the matter is left to the competent legal authorities.
- The responsibility of the service provider is responsible for the customer throughout his presence/ha at the site.
- In the event of emergency situations or assault, you must contact the TO-Gin Support Center on the number (00966553091357), and measures will be taken according to Saudi regulations.
- The service provider is obliged to implement the seized services only, and no additional services are provided except with a certain application through the application with the payment of their value.
- The customer must prepare a suitable space for providing the service, unless it is included in the equipment provided by TO-G.
- Any material gifts are prohibited for service providers under any circumstance.
- The customer is obliged to pay the full reservation value in advance via the application, provided that the value is not less than the minimum shown in the application.
- TO-G company has the right to amend prices in line with new government fees or taxes, and changes are applied as soon as they are approved.
- The confirmed reservations for the same day cannot be canceled or modified. It is allowed to cancel 24 hours before the date, with a discount of 25% as administrative fees.
- The appointment is allowed only once through the application, provided that the amendment is made at least 24 hours before the date.
- The service site cannot be changed or re -scheduled after the work team arrives at the previously determined location.
- If the seizure in a city or area is not supported by the application, and this is not reported 24 hours ago, the service is provided.
- The cost of the service can be paid via Apple Pay, range, STC Pay, or any electronic payment method supported by the application.
- The customer is not entitled to transfer the service provider to a third party, or change the service or the site without not notice to-G. and its prior approval. In the event of a violation, TO-G respected the right to cancel the reservation without compensation.
- In the event of a violation of any of the conditions or an assault on the provider, the to-AG has the right to cancel the reservation without compensation, while maintaining its legal right.
- The amounts due, if any, are returned, within a period ranging from 15 to 30 working days through the application, and in the event of delay, please contact technical support.
- The TO -Ge application works as a mediator between customers and service providers in various cities, and conditions and conditions may vary depending on the city, type of service or offer.
- TO-G is the right to correct any technical errors or delete account records when needed.
- Coupons are not suitable for use with derivative offers or prices.
- Prices may vary depending on the timing of reservation. In the event of amendment, the basic price of the service is counted only, and the minimum or cancellation fee is deducted without retrieving the price difference.
Conditions for the service provider
Please read these conditions carefully before registering as a service provider in the "Touqou" application, where your registration is an explicit approval for all the following items:
- Systems compliance:
The service provider is committed to adhere to all the regulations and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including work systems, e -commerce, consumer protection, and personal data. - Service quality and credibility:
The service provider undertakes to provide services with high quality and quality, in line with what is offered within the application, and adhere to transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. - Application ratio:
The service provider acknowledges that he agrees to deduct (14%) of the total value of each process that is carried out through the application of "Tawafo", and this percentage is a reward for using the platform and its services. - Financial transfers mechanism:
The process of converting the financial dues to the registered bank account of the service provider every two days of work, after deducting the aforementioned application, and the account data is required and identical to the official identity. - Cash and Responsibility:
In the event that the service provider receives any amount of cash (cash) from the customer, and the bank account balance for the service provider was not sufficient to collect the application rate (14%), the account will be stopped immediately, with a legal claim to collect the amount due through the official authorities, and the service provider bears all the costs and legal fees related to that. - Disagreements and damages:
In the event of any dispute between the service provider and the customer, or in the event of any psychological or physical damage to any party during the service provision, the victim must contact immediately with the competent security authorities through the allocated official channels, in addition to notifying the management of the “Tawabu” application through the available means within the application. The application management gives its legal responsibility for any damages resulting from the framework of the use of the platform. - Stopping the account:
The “Tawafou” application department reserves the right to suspend or stop the service provider’s account in the event of a breach of any of the conditions and terms, or receive repeated complaints, or to commit any violation of the policies approved on the platform. - Conditions amendment:
The management of the “Aqfo” application reserves the right to amend these conditions and conditions at any time, and the service provider is notified of the amendments through the available means within the application. The continued use of the account after the amendment is an implicit approval of the updated conditions.
