Togo policy in recovery and retrieval.
Overview
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the transaction is completed, we cannot provide a full recovery or cancel the reservation.
In order to be eligible to return, the service must not be used yet, or not yet, and if there is any problem related to the lack of conformity of the service for what was agreed upon, you must contact us during this period.
Non -returned services:
- The services that were already used or have already started.
- Specialized or provided services for the user.
How to return:
To complete the return process, we need to deliver the transaction or prove the reservation via the platform.
Recovery:
Once we receive a return or cancellation request, we will review the case with the service provider and inform you whether it is eligible to recover or cancel.
If the request is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible, and the amount will be returned through the method used for the payment.
Reconstruction or missing delays:
If you don't receive a recovery after the specified period, check your payment method first, then contact our customer support via email.
Partial recovery:
The full amount may not be recovered in some cases, such as:
- Partially used services.
- Services that were not in partially agreed.
Exchanges:
We facilitate the exchange between users and service providers in the event of an error from the service provider or if the service is not identical to what was agreed upon. If you need to modify or correct the service, contact us via email.
Cancellation by shipping:
If the service requires sending a material or equipment, it must be sent to the following address: {Actual address}. All shipping costs related to return or cancellation are the user, and these costs will not be recovered.
Gifts:
If the service has been provided as a gift, a gift or gift voucher will be issued instead of the recovered amount.
